Our client is a CRM solution provider headquartered in Istanbul operating in Western Europe and the Middle East as well. For their growth plans, we are looking for a Professional Services Director to manage a team of 40, including project managers and consultants who are working for both local and international projects.

The successful candidate will:
- Manage the delivery of all professional services projects for clients, including onboarding, data integration, and reporting.
- Ensure the success of strategic client implementations by optimizing plans and resources to deliver maximum value to clients and achieve project deliverables.
- Bring both strategic and tactical enterprise project delivery experience to the clients.
- Provide leadership, technical direction, and mentoring to maintain a highly engaged and high-performing team with maximum utilization.
- Build a professional services strategy for the region in partnership with license sales and customer success colleagues.
- Standardize and implement processes and procedures.;
- Plan and execute departmental business objectives.
- Allocate and supervise the budget and resources across the program.
- Align strategic departments (Solution Engineering, Development, and CS) to achieve individual components and overall program goals and objectives.
- Define, refine, and report on key operational metrics.
- Minimize variance between client expected and actual delivery dates for all projects.
- Focus on innovation to ensure the team constantly innovates in their approach to delivering maximum value from software products.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous learning.
- Serve as an escalation point for client and team issues, resolving them with other internal teams as  necessary.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing and implementing processes and methodologies to improve service delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage teams performing repetitive tasks to ensure high quality.
- Understanding of the sales/contracting execution lifecycle.
- In-depth understanding of project management and software implementation lifecycles.
- Extensive experience in SaaS technology field operations.
- Proficiency in documenting business processes and identifying ways to improve them.
- Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced     environment and a track record of executive-level presence and impact.
- Experience of managing teams of managers, with a proven track record of excellent leadership and of  growing and developing team members.
- Experience of leading geographically dispersed teams across continents.

*Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
